Meet the tigerFriends.
In this section of the tigerFriends you will meet:
Billy.
We first heard from Billy and his sister Daisy in September 2005. Billy had been adopted in Feb 2004 and in true addictis tigerdoggus style, his sister Daisy joined the pack in September of that year!
Sadly in May 2006 Billy passed away. His owners have asked to include their own eulogy to this site, which is printed below
In loving memory of our beautiful tigerDog - Billy.
We don't really know what to write other than Billy was our gorgeous stripey boy and we desperately miss him but we feel so honoured that we were able to rescue him and give him the very best home for the last two years of his life.
Daisy is being comforted by Poppy who we took in from a friend in December (she thinks she is a Greyhound but we don't have the heart to tell her otherwise) and Poppy also misses her big brother and wishes he was here.

Almost a mirror image!
Biscuit.
This is Biscuit and he is now one year old although the pictures show
him as a puppy.
Biscuit wrote a lovely email and it's reproduced here:
"My name is Biscuit, and I am just one year old. I was very lucky, and landed on my (very big) feet when I came to live with Mummy and Daddy. My Mummy says that Daddy didn't really want me at all, but now I'm here he spoils me absolutely rotten. Of course, I think I deserve it, but Mummy says I'll get too tubby with all the best yummy ham I get fed.
My favourite things are playing, playing and playing. Every Sunday we go to the boot sale and I get to see all my friends (I have lots and lots of them!). We walk round for hours and I usually get a free ice cream from the nice man in the ice cream van. On Sunday evenings we go to the pub where Mummy and Daddy run a quiz night. Everybody there loves me and I get lots of cuddles and fusses. "

Updates.
Well what a difference a year or so makes! We recently received some updated photos of Biscuit, now aged 16 months.
Biscuit is now a bit of a runner and his best friend, a Beagle, is finding it difficult to keep up with him. His little legs just don't go as fast as Biscuit's....

Sleeping.
How peculiar for a tigerDog... -
Vroom Vroom.
Beep, beep. -
You are in my power.
Bring me food...
Bob.
We first heard from Bob in early March 2005, he wanted to be a tigerDog friend. He sent us a photo and told us about himself.
Bob was quite poorly at the time and sadly passed away before we received more photos. His owners have asked to include Bob as a tigerDog friend, with their own eulogy which is printed below.
Updated - Good News!
Following their very sad loss, Bob's parents have recently adopted two new tigerDogs. They are Joe and Bracken. Naturally they are both tigerFriends.
In loving memory of our beautiful tigerDog - Bob.
Although you were only with us for 12 months, we had lots of fun and happiness. Not so happy chasing you around the park or when you caught next doors cat! We will always look back and laugh.
You brightened up our days and became our special friend. You were the most handsome greyhound, our beautiful brindly Bob, our sneaky old snakey.
We will always love you and miss you.
Bracken - a.k.a. Chopsie
This is Bracken AKA Chopsie, she is a very small black and white bitch and is sister to Joe.

A fun loving, sun loving

Cuddles in bed.
Cleo & Sully
Cleo is nearly 3 years old and was rescued when she was 8 months old from the self funded rescue centre, Aspin Valley. When Cleo arrived home she was in need of a good bath and a bit of TLC. CLeo is a fantastic dog, loyal, very affectionate with her kisses and is one of the best dogs a man could have.
In 2006, Cleo's Dad went to book Cleo into the Kennels as the family were going away on holiday. When Dad got to the kennels he noticed lots of puppies in one of the runs so he asked who they belonged to... Loyal tigerDog readers will know where this is going and to cut a long story short. Cleo ended up with a sister, Sully.
Do you See? Hounds are addictive. Did we not warn you?, We have tried and tried to tell you.....
Sully was born on Halloween 2005 and her new family named her Sully after the monster out of the children's film Monsters Inc. Sully is a big bundle of energy and never seems to run out of energy even after a big walk, she is also very affectionate and loves nothing more than snuggling up to her mum & dad in bed but the thing Sully loves most is making lots of noise.
Cleo and Sully are always snuggled up together an have never been separated since the day Sully came home, they love to play with each other.

Updates.
Here are some new pictures of Cleo and Sully on a recent camping holiday. The last picture includes one of their friends, Gini, who is a bedlington terrier cross and at 13 years old she is the grand old lady of the pack!
Dino and Daisy.
Daisy was originally featured in these pages with her brother, Billy who sadly passed away in May 2006. On a happier note, Daisys parents have recently adopted another greyhound, called Dino.
Also included is Poppy who thinks she is a Greyhound and since Billy's passing has helped Daisy in many ways. As her parents say, we know she's not a tigerDog but we don't have the heart to tell her otherwise! Just for Poppy we will make an exception to the rules and bestow on her the title of "Honourary tigerDog".

Yes... We know.
She's an Honourary tigerdog.
Dylan.
This is Dylan. He is a five month old lurcher.
Dylan is settling into his new home and has a brother to play with, called Walter. Dylan hasn't noticed it yet, but Walter is a c.a.t. Hmm..
However Dylan is lucky to have an Aunty Molly who is a whippet cross - and really is his aunty!. He spends play time with Molly, running around and generally having fun. Dylan also says that he's partial to pigs ears and playing with his squeaky toys.
